- Clear Costs: C-310_Costs Use this spreadsheet to adjust your costs to your home base airport, mx and pilot qualifications. This speadsheet reflects my actual costs over the years. Some years the annual is cheaper and some years it is more expensive depending on what I chose to address that year. i.e. the new boots cost $13,000.
-Maintained its value since purchase ten years ago. Purchased at $82,000 in 1997 with half the airframe time and less engine time.
-Flexible future for engines. Has potential of diesel engine upgrade in the future through STC = Modern technology on Jet A pricing/availability.
-Still commercially used around the world for both passenger and freight hauling, signifying its economical operation and flexible use.
-Panel is large enough to accept almost any future upgrade with ease.
-Heavy lifting has been done for you by my upgrading windows, skins, avionics, etc. $25,000 of mx upgrades have been done over the last decade beyond the routine inspections. The upgrades and avionics package today are valued at $60,000.

Bring your mechanic or I will take it to any mechanic you choose that is within 100nm radius of KCVO-Oregon. Cost* of your travel will be deducted off the purchase price of the aircraft at time of sale.
Title search and an escrow-closing is required for your safety as well as mine. This will guarantee all paperwork gets done properly and funds tranfer will happen when all the proper paperwork has been taken care of. It is very simple and efficient.
